Manager, Finance Business Partner (LAC Services)

Overview

Role

In this position, you will:

- Manage aspects of financial and budgeting related needs and requirements for country, product and business unit for the Latin America & Caribbean Region.
- Partners with regions, business units, business partners and/or corporate to assist in developing, analyzing and validating new business opportunities.
- Assists with strategy and process improvements to ensure alignment with market objectives; proactively identifies ways to improve processes and executes agreed upon improvements

All About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration (MBA Preferred) with previous finance experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous FP&A experience is required
- Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
- Be fast-paced and highly analytical who demonstrates business acumen and thought leadership to deliver results within a global, growing and profitable business
- Be a strong, confident, and exact writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
- Have Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) in data compilation, aggregation and modeling is required
