DESCRIPCION GENERAL DEL PUESTO:
PLANEAR, ADMINISTRAR Y CONTROLAR ACTIVIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS Y TÉCNICAS DE LA REGIONAL PARA GARANTIZAR UN ÓPTIMO DESEMPEÑO Y UN SERVICIO OPORTUNO Y DE CALIDAD. AUDITANDO, CONTROLANDO, CAPACITANDO Y APOYANDO ADMINISTRATIVA Y TÉCNICAMENTE A TÉCNICOS PROPIOS Y TALLERES AUTORIZADOS DE ACUERDO A PROCEDIMIENTOS Y POLÍTICAS INTERNAS (ATENCIÓN DE GARANTÍAS DE PRODUCTO, VENTA DE REPUESTOS, INVENTARIOS, SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE)

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
PLANEAR Y EJECUTAR VISITAS PERIÓDICAS A LOS TALLERES AUTORIZADOS PARA AUDITAR SU GESTIÓN: ESTADO DE LOS SERVICIOS, ESTADOS DE CUENTA, ESTADO DE CARTERA, VERIFICACIÓN DE BACKORDER, REPUESTOS CAMBIADOS FRENTE A ÓRDENES DE SERVICIO, TRABAJO DE CAMPO CON TÉCNICOS DEL TALLER PARA DETERMINAR ÁREAS DE OPORTUNIDAD YA SEA EN LA ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES O CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO, Y DETERMINAR ACCIONES A SEGUIR. EVALUAR CON EL DUEÑO DEL TALLER LA GESTIÓN DEL MISMO EN UN PERÍODO DETERMINADO Y ESTABLECER PLANES DE MEJORA. | REVISAR, VALIDAR Y AUTORIZAR EN CRM LAS NOTIFICACIONES DE ÓRDENES DE SERVICIO, PARA GENERAR ÓRDENES DE COMPRA COMO GESTIÓN AL PAGO DE LAS CUENTAS DE LOS CENTROS DE SERVICIO. | APOYAR AL ÁREA JURÍDICA CON INFORMES TÉCNICOS PARA DAR RESPUESTA OPORTUNA A LOS PQR, DERECHOS DE PETICIÓN, DEMANDAS JURISDICCIONALES ANTE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE INDUSTRIA Y COMERCIO (SIC), SIC FACILITA. | ATENDER LAS QUEJAS DE LOS USUARIOS PLASMADAS POR EL CONTAC CENTER EN CRM, BUSCANDO SATISFACCIÓN DE LOS CLIENTES | REALIZAR SEGUIMIENTO A ÓRDENES DE SERVICIO ASIGNADAS A TALLERES DE LA ZONA POR MEDIO DEL SCORE CARD, BUSCANDO SATISFACCIÓN DE LOS CLIENTES. | PLANEAR Y EJECUTAR CAPACITACIONES TÉCNICAS BASADO EN UN ANÁLISIS PREVIO DE : TIPO DE PRODUCTOS QUE SE VENDEN EN LA ZONA, FALLAS REPRESENTATIVAS DEL PRODUCTO Y/O REPUESTOS DE LA ZONA DE INFLUENCIA DEL TALLER, DIAGNÓSTICO PROPIO DE FALENCIAS TÉCNICAS DIRIGIDO A : TÉCNICOS PROPIOS, TALLERES AUTORIZADOS, PROMOTORES, VENDEDORES DE PISO, PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA REGIONAL, PARA MEJORAR LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO. | APOYAR EL ÁREA DE VENTAS Y MERCADEO EN LA GESTIÓN COMERCIAL DE MABE CUANDO SE REQUIERA (CAPACITACIÓN, TOMAS DE PISO, ETC.) PREVIA PROGRAMACIÓN Y ACUERDO CON EL SUPERVISOR O JEFE REGIONAL, PARA MEJORAR LA VENTA DE PRODUCTO | REALIZAR INVENTARIO DE REPUESTOS, INVENTARIO Y ESTADO DE HERRAMIENTAS, INVENTARIO DE APARATOS DE CAMBIO, PARA UN MEJOR MANEJO Y CONTROL.
