Gestionar la dotación, instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de los equipos informáticos y periféricos que requieren los usuarios internos y externos de la empresa. Su objetivo es garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los recursos tecnológicos y brindar soluciones oportunas y eficientes a las necesidades de los clientes

**Responsabilidades**:
Registrar y documentar las actividades realizadas en el sistema de gestión del área, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.

Competencias- Conocimientos básicos de informática, redes, sistemas operativos y aplicaciones.- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva- Orientación al servicio al cliente- Capacidad de análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos.
