Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, is responsible to coordinate the cooperation between his/her work area with all other areas of the company such that the flow of information is always friction free, unfettered, and ensuring a positive comprehensive coordination. He/She is responsible to shipments management, planning and execution. Always he/she has to be committed to improving the customer satisfaction.
- Bajo la dirección del Supervisor de Servicio al Cliente, es responsable de coordinar la cooperación entre su área de trabajo con todos los demás áreas de la compañía de tal manera que el flujo de información sea siempre libre de fricciones, sin trabas, y se asegure una coordinación integral positiva. Es responsable de la gestión, panificación y ejecución de los envíos. Siempre debe estar comprometido en el mejoramiento de la satisfacción del cliente_
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Fulfill all the position duties, such as: (_Cumplir con sus obligaciones, de tal manera que)._
- All the activities are accomplished in an adequate, timely, quickly and cost effectively way. (_Todas las actividades se completen de manera adecuada, a tiempo y rentable)._
- The Client needs and expectations are considered and performed by other company’s offices. (_Las necesidades y expectativas del cliente sean consideradas y realizadas por las otras oficinas de la compañía)._
- All the applicable regulations and guidelines are applied. (_Todas las regulaciones y las directrices se cumplan)._
- Order entry and follow up to orders in Worldstar and TMS _(Entrada de pedidos y seguimiento de pedidos en Worldstar y TMS)._
- Work together with OPS team to resolve shipping issues _(Trabajar junto con el equipo de OPS para resolver problemas de envío)._
- Provide appropriate and correct información to customers about this orders, monitoring, trancking and updating them on the status of the shipments _(Proporcione a los clientes información adecuada y correcta sobre estos pedidos, supervisándolos, transmitiéndolos y actualizándolos sobre el estado de los envíos.)._
- Partnership with sales team to exceed customer service expectations _(Asociación con el equipo de ventas para superar las expectativas de servicio al cliente.)._
- Work very accurate with the pricing of all shipment, in order to enter xcharges in a proper way and in times, in Worldstar and TMS _(Trabaje de manera muy precisa con el precio de todos los envíos, para ingresar los cargos de manera adecuada y en ocasiones, en Worldstar y TMS)._
- To edit and maintain shipments (exports/imports) at WorldStar, TMS & distributions. (_Editar y mantener los envíos (exportaciones/ importaciones) en el sistema WorldStar, TMS y distribuciones._
- With the OPS team, perform a route review, specifically regarding to the selection and combination of different kinds of transport (Airplanes, vehicles). (De la mano de equipo de OPS, _realizar una revisón de ruta, específicamente en lo que respecta a la selección y combinación de diferentes modelos de transporte (Aviones, vehículos))._
- Register in the system the necessary instructions for the OPS team proceed (pick up and deliver of the client shipments, deliver /pick up shipments in the courier company). (Ingresar al sistema las instrucciones necesarias para que el equipo de OPS proceda _(Recogida / entrega de envíos de los clientes, entrega / recogida de envíos en la empresa de mensajería))._
- To book and forewarning shipments within the necessary times. (_Reservar y preavisar envíos dentro de los tiempos necesarios)._
- To monitoring shipments during transport and reacts flexibly to any deviation from the plan. (_Monitorear envíos durante el transporte y reaccionar con flexibilidad a cualquier desviación del plan)._
- Frequently check over the World Star & TMS notes and manage the forewarned shipments. (_Revisar continuamente las notas en el World Star, TMS y maneja los envíos pre avisados)._
- To check the scheduled departure or arrival times of flights (Post Flight). (_Revisar la salida prevista o los tiempos de llegada de los vuelos (Post Flight ))._
- To work safely with all relevant regulations (IATA) as well as laws and ordinances. _(Trabaja de forma segura con todos los reglamentos pertinentes (IATA), así como las leyes y ordenanzas)._
- To use and maintain the available technical tools (WorldStar, OpStar, Biostar, Organice, Flight Monitor & TMS). _(Utilizar y mantener las herramientas técnicas disponibles (WorldStar, OpStar, Biostar, Organice, Flight Monitor y TMS))._
- Give proper instructions to OPS to hand the shipment correctly _(Dé las instrucciones adecuadas a OPS para entregar el envío correctamente.)._
- To communicate with national and international stations of World Courier / Aerolink. _(Comunicarse con las estaciones nacionales e internacional
