Copywriter / Storyteller

**Job Description**:

- Lead periodic content reviews for job ads, job descriptions and all regional content.
- Mentor regional content teams.
- Create special ad campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and oral English communication skills (B2H or above).
- 1 year of experience as a copywriter, storyteller, copy editor or related.
- Professionals in graphic design, marketing, communication or related.
- Exceptional writing and research skills.
- The ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles.
- A passion for content, design and pushing the Sutherland brand forward in an increasingly complex global talent market.
- Experience in creating content across multiple channels (offline/online, video, motion, etc).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels.
- Must live in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Experience in talent acquisition & recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge in the Adobe suite is a plus.
