Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín-Colombia| Hybrid

Your challenges within the role will be:

- Perform technical work on infrastructure projects under the supervision of the Project Manager or Senior Consultants.
- Perform technical activities within infrastructure projects and in support of assigned Senior Consultants.
- Implement solutions designed by Senior Consultants.
- Resolve technical concerns to clients during projects.
- Collaborate on possible solutions to problems encountered by support engineers or in the development of the project.
- Document implementation activities on Infrastructure projects.
- Continuous self-training.

Do not worry if you do not have some of the following skills, we will help you strengthen them. Just having knowledge in some of these, we can walk the rest of the way together:
**Profile**:
Professionals in systems or other related fields minimum 7 years of experience with knowledge in:
**Required skills**:

- Onpremise mail platforms.
- O365 messaging module.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system.
- O365 security such as mail filtering and policies.
- AZ900 certification or commitment to certification during probationary period.
- O365 certification at any level.

**Desirable skills**:

- Desirable Windows certification in any technology and.
- Desirable basic knowledge of Sharepoint.
