The Legal Department is closely involved in finance transactions with various counterparties in coordination with the internal investment/risk management departments and external law firms. This includes transactions such as lending, corporate finance, bond investments, project finance or equity. The Legal Department also deals with the relevant regulatory and other statutory legal requirements concerning Finance in Motion.

**Key responsibilities**

• Structure, draft, negotiate and implement among others finance, corporate finance and investment transactions as well as bond investments
• Advise Finance in Motion on the regulatory and statutory requirements in the relevant countries of operation with the support of external local legal counsel
• Conduct negotiations on a variety of legal issues with international counterparties
• Manage internal and external stakeholders

**What we expect**

• Fully qualified attorney or similar foreign qualification. Familiarity with New York law or English law finance transactions as well as capital markets law expertise would be strong assets
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Sufficient experience in the relevant area of work
• Attention to detail and pragmatism with respect to the bigger picture and balancing commercial considerations
• High degree of independence, proactivity, and strong negotiating skills in an international context
• Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm
