Google Ads Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
As a Google Ads Specialist at Marlin Marketing, you'll be at the helm of our clients' digital campaigns, steering them towards success. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Strategic Campaign Management**: Execute and manage Google ad activities for multiple clients, from auditing and forecasting to campaign creation and optimization.
- **Performance Analysis**: Dive deep into performance metrics across various channels, including search, display, YouTube, and PMax. Monitor key performance indicators and derive actionable insights to maximize ROI.
- **Collaborative Optimization**: Work closely with Account Managers to align Google strategies with overarching campaign objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
- **Client Engagement**: Track campaigns, analyze findings, and present actionable recommendations to clients, fostering strong relationships and driving continued success.

Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday PST with some flexibility and will be discussed when they select someone.

Remuneration: $3.680.000 - $4.800.000

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads campaign creation and management.
- **Expertise**: Strong understanding of Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client engagement and collaboration.
- **Organization**: Strong project management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple campaigns effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Certifications**: Google Ads certification, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experience with Google Tag Manager and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- **Analytical Tools**: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, empowering you to extract valuable insights.
- **Communication**: Comfortable using Slack for seamless client communication.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tactics, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
