**Project Manager**

**Project Manager Office (PMO)**

**Scrum Master**

Posición: Remoto

Site: Colombia

Horario: Lunes a viernes 9 a 18 hs

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de iniciativas tecnológicas.
- Coordinar cronogramas, presupuestos y riesgos, manteniendo comunicación efectiva con stakeholders.
- Aplicar metodologías de gestión predictivas (PMI) y/o ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Uso de herramientas de gestión como Jira o Trello.
- Para el rol de Scrum Master: facilitar ceremonias ágiles (daily, planning, reviews, retrospectivas).

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
- Conocimientos en PMI (certificación PMP es un plus).
- Experiência con metodologías ágiles.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
