**Description**:
We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Social Media Manager with a very strong business mindset and social media knowledge.

A _Social Media Manager_ oversees a company’s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

**Job Tasks**:

- Keep the website up-to-date and relevant.
- Update the website with all the information relevant to our practice.
- Daily or weekly (as needed) news updates on the website.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Copywrite and design content to be informative and appealing.
- Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media tracking campaign progress.
- Developing various digital marketing materials.
- Sourcing images and artwork, collating content.
- Updating online assets.
- streamlining digital marketing production.
- Handling general digital marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising is preferred.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational ability.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Familiar with how social media works and has managed multiple social media accounts in the past.
- Able to effectively communicate with the team regarding the client's needs and concerns.
- Able to address client concerns and educate the client on how social media works for them to reach their goals. Can work well under pressure.
- Willing to work on an Eastern Standard Time schedule.
- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core i5 or higher) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.

Pay: $24,085 - $28,902 per hour
