**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and identify areas for cost reduction in cloud hosting
- Define and support continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
- Act as a central lead for releases working with software engineers, product, and end users to ensure high quality releases.
- Assist incident management team during production incidences in order to take actions to reduce the risk of future occurrences as well as reduce the time to identify root cause.
- Manage releases through the change advisory board process
**Experience and knowledge**
- 2+ years experience implementing production performance, availability, and scalability monitoring and alerting best practices using a tool such as Azure Monitor and Kusto Query Language (KQL), Logic Monitor.
- 4+ years experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Deploy or equivalent
- 4+ years experience managing cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
- Expertise building and deploying Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or similar technology
- Experience utilizing a common scripting language such as PowerShell, Bash, Python
- Strong research/problem solving skills to resolve complex programming issues and implement longer term solutions to frequently occurring issues
- Experience troubleshooting common network issues
- English B2
