Join the Tech 365 team as a collection manager

Main Responsibilities:

- Monitor and optimize the daily performance of the team, supervising the fulfillment of collection goals.
- Development of methodologies, motivation system and KPIs for the Collection team; ensuring that all collection activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Actively coordinate with the Finance, Customer Service, and Legal departments.
- Generate and analyze reports on collection trends, team performance, and key metrics for senior management. Implement continuous improvements in collection processes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-5 years in similar collection management positions, including leadership roles preferably in the Fintech sector and experience in predictive management and administration.
- Education: Professional in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
- English: Advanced level (essential).
- Availability to work in Medellín.

We Offer:

- Salary: Between $3,500,000 - $6,000,000 COP per month (depending on experience).
