**Your Role**

As a **Senior BI Developer**, you will be responsible for:

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) and transform data using Power Query (M) and DAX.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
- Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all visualizations.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to support data initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**
- +8 years of professional experience as a BI Developer.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with users and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in the Microsoft BI stack: SSAS (strong skills required). | SSIS (nice to have, not mandatory). |Power BI (must have, advanced level).
- Knowledge of Tableau (good to have; not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- English fluency at C1 level is mandatory. All communication, deliverables, and collaboration will be conducted entirely in English.
