**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Code Reviews**: Conduct code reviews for junior and mid-level developers, ensuring that coding standards, best practices, and performance considerations are followed.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and mentor less experienced developers, helping them grow their skills in Ruby, development practices, and overall problem-solving.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- +5 years of experience.
- Ruby on Rails - API level, not microservice level but monolithic level
- JavaScript
- VueJS o React
- MySQL
- Redis
