**Job Description**:
Our customer is the world’s leading provider of call center solutions.
We are looking for a **Middle / Senior DevOps Engineer** to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies.
**The primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Enhancing projects’ pipelines and infrastructure
- Monitoring and resolving production incidents
- Helping business representatives with getting requested information from the platform
- Automation of routine operations and whatever could be automated in general
- Help developers do their job by supporting development environments

Qualifications*
Skills needed: *
- 3+ years in IT and 2+ years of DevOps experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of the Linux
- Proven ability to write automation scripts (Bash and/or Python)
- Attention to details. Tendency to double-triple checking what you are doing
- Readiness to learn new technologies

**Additionally, experience in some of the following is welcomed**:

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Grafana
- Experience in AWS, Azure or any other public cloud
- Hands-on exeprience with Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar technologies
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- DevOps or System Administrator experience
