Technical Supervisor

**Job description**
- Responsible for reviewing all the specs, information, and preparations of inspection checklists for projects.
- Communicate to Accounts Managers the feasibility of a service according to available resources.
- Estimate man-days to assign for the service job, and provide this information to project coordinator for quotation purposes
- Plan and monitor the on-site performance of quality engineers.
- Verify factory measuring/testing capabilities and ensure that measuring equipment is under valid calibration at the time of inspection.
- Prepare works for any Inspection jobs and make sure that the inspector understands and has all technical documents needed to perform the inspection.
- Keep frequent communication with the quality engineer on site to make sure of the implementation of inspection at the factory side.
- Review reports for accuracy and completeness, and assure that all input data meets the client’s needs to make prompt decisions.
- Collect Error reports and use them as input to identify training needs for QEs as required
- Investigate the root cause of the quality issue and implement defined CAP.
- Attend meeting with clients as requested.

**Requirements**:
Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline.

Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.

5 years of industry experience in a management or supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformity

Good command of theory and practice of sampling plan and AQL.

Organized, good verbal and written communication skills, proven leadership, effectively instruct others, work efficiently under a minimum of supervision, travel as required, systematic problem-solving.

Language Skills: - English (very good speaking level, reading, and writing)

Ability to commute/relocate:
