El analista de titulos, valores y derivados 2 es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable de proporcionar respaldo analítico y administrativo a diferentes funciones relacionadas con valores junto con el equipo de Captura de Transacciones. El objetivo general de este puesto es respaldar a negociantes, mantener registros de posiciones y mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos. **Responsabilidades**: - Proporcionar respaldo analítico y administrativo al área de Atención al Público, Ventas y Negociación respecto de las transacciones de derivados y valores. - Mantener registros de posiciones junto con el asistente de la oficina de negociación tradicional o las funciones de procesamiento de negociaciones. - Respaldar la gestión de captura de negociación, conciliación integral, identificación de riesgo operativo, confirmación comercial y previsiones de liquidación. - Resolver problemas complejos a través de herramientas y metodologías para el análisis de datos, y hacer recomendaciones al equipo de liderazgo para mejorar procesos. - Diseñar y analizar informes complejos para satisfacer los requisitos de gestión y las actividades de respaldo o control. - Interpretar datos y hacer recomendaciones para el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, servicios y plataformas mejoradas. - Minimizar el riesgo bancario y sugerir soluciones para reducir errores, y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de control y auditoría. - Gestionar, escalar y abordar todas las solicitudes, consultas, problemas o errores, e identificar deficiencias en las políticas y formular políticas para optimizar procesos. - Proporcionar orientación informal o capacitación en el trabajo a nuevos miembros del equipo. - Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares **Calificaciones**: - Entre 0 y 2 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado. - Relevante título o experiência equivalente - Habilidades comprobadas para la gestión de proyectos - Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos - Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente apresurado. - Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante. - Atención a los detalles y habilidades para resolver problemas intermedios **Educación**: - Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Securities and Derivatives Processing - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
