Our SMB Farmer plays a vital role focused on providing exceptional support to new partners during the onboarding and initial stages of their partnership journey. The Early Life Cycle Specialist will be responsible for guiding partners through the setup process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth and successful integration with the company's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner Onboarding and Integration:_

Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded partners, establishing a strong relationship and instilling confidence in the partnership.

Guide partners through the setup process, ensuring they understand the requirements and steps involved in integrating with the company's platform.
- Relationship Building:_

Cultivate a positive and professional relationship with partners, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:_

Provide technical assistance to partners during the integration phase, resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise.

Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to address more complex technical challenges.

Training and Education:
Develop and conduct training sessions to familiarize partners with the company's platform, tools, and resources.

Ensure partners have access to relevant documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate self-service support.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor the early stages of partner performance and identify areas for improvement or additional support.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Data Analytics and Operations, to analyze partner performance data and propose enhancement strategies.
- Feedback Collection and Reporting:_

Gather feedback from partners regarding their early experience with the company, product, or service offerings.

Compile and present regular reports on partner feedback, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:_

Collaborate closely with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Advocate for partner needs and requirements within the organization to drive continuous improvement.

Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing:
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to partner success and early lifecycle management.

Share knowledge and insights with the Partner Success team to elevate the overall quality of support provided.

This position will give support to the Partner Success team.

Leads the team, responsible for activating partners in Retail, activating them to get their first sales. Together with a group of agents, this role accompanies the partners who complete their onboarding for 60 days to ensure the correct configuration of the stores, catalog loading and schedules, product creation, etc. For partners who fail to sell, it is in turn the management of this team to define actions and incentives to achieve their activation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with partners.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to use data for decision-making.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on delivering exceptional partner experiences.
- Adaptability to evolving company priorities and partner needs.
