**Elevate Your Experience**:

- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
- Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST
- Work Setup: Permanent WFH

**Dive into Impactful Responsibilities**:

- Maintain General Ledger, Balance Sheets, and P&Ls.
- Process daily accounts payable invoices, utilizing Quickbooks / BuilderTrend / Buildium / Tenant Cloud.
- Track expenses per project, verifying against major contracts.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly for each project.
- Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
- Support loan draw requests and prepare cost certifications for projects.

**Unleash Your Expertise**:

- Quickbooks experience is a must-have.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel.
