**What the day will look like**
- Investment analyst, to perform data, financial and ad hoc tasks. _
- _An IC Performance Analyst uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support consultants and clients in all aspects of data-related work_
- _ Takes accountability and ownership of work_
- _ Balances financial account statements for clients’ investment portfolios_
- _ Audits rates of return and reconciles discrepancies of returns calculated by our performance system versus those calculated by custodians and/or investment managers_
- _ Finalizes financial information from multiple sources to prepare quarterly investment performance reports_
- _ Gathers manager research documents pertinent to clients’ portfolios, bringing them to the attention of senior client team members_
- _ Updates Risk Analyzer with cash flows to produce defined benefit client dashboards_
- _ Responds to ad hoc requests from clients and/or consultants_
- _ Composes written interpretations of investment portfolio results and prepares discussion guides for client meetings_
- _ Meets with senior members of client teams to discuss relevant client matters and/or issues._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
