- Office hardware support
- o Connectivity
- o Printers
- o Peripherals
- o Notebooks (Mac and Windows)
- Remote user support
- User onboarding
- o User profile management
- Notebook setup
- Process documentation
- MDM platform management (Jamf, Intune, manage engine)
**What skills do I need?**
- Minimum 2-year experience in Service desk assistance or similar position
- Windows and windows server management
- MacOS management
- o Unix based systems
- o Basic shell scripting
- English writing and speaking
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with security standards
- Cloud services (azure, AWS, Gsuite)
- Team player
- Proactivity
- Committed to improvement
