The Senior Sales Analyst supports the sales organization by managing forecasting, budgeting, and quota processes, ensuring data accuracy and analytical insight to drive performance. This role involves conducting statistical analyses, developing sales reports, and aligning territorial goals with profit plans. Acting as a bridge between sales, marketing, and data systems, the analyst ensures smooth communication and reliable information flow. As a seasoned specialist, this position operates with mínimal supervision, mentoring others when needed and leveraging advanced analytical and business knowledge to optimize sales operations and execution. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Provide administrative and analytical support for sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and quota management
- Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure accurate reporting and support growth objectives
- Develop and maintains sales quotas, forecasts, and incentive budgets aligned with profit and performance plans
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and information systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Work as an experienced individual contributor, often mentoring or guiding junior specialists while managing complex projects independently

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Three to five years of experience in sales operations or related roles
- Knowledge in CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar) is advantageous
- Fluent in English
