**Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia - **Hybrid**
Your challenges within the role will be:
Handle escalated security incidents throughout the lifecycle.- Take appropriate actions for incident containment, eradication and recovery.- Develop, review and maintain SOC Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to the highest standards.- Support and train Tier 1 engineers.
What we need to see from you:
Do not worry if you do not have some of the following skills, we will help you strengthen them. Just having knowledge in some of these, we can walk the rest of the way together: Technologist/Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or similar careers. With approximately five (5) years of experience working as a security specialist with knowledge and experience in:

- Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune or Sentinel Azure.
- Security technologies, SOC, Attention to service requirements and security incidents and support of security solutions.
- English B1.
- Required Certifications:
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
- SC-900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
