We are in need of an AMAZING person who can do a few things at a high level. We mainly need you to become our main client success manager, which will include the following activities:
1) Helping onboard new clients.

2) Checking in with monthly clients to see how they are doing, if they need help with anything, etc.

3) Conducting follow ups to all prospective clients to see if they are ready to onboard.

4) Helping the CEO manage his customer tasks, outreach and activities. You will be working very closely with the C-SUITE and the CEO in particular in this role.

... We are looking for someone who is:
3) Zoom or Google Meet screen share experience. This is important for mid month client calls, closing calls to get clients to renew and more.

4) Basic internet marketing software usage experience. Google sheets, analytic dashboards and some CRM tools are platforms you will be using on a daily basis. You don't need to necessarily have experience with the exact softwares we're using, but you have to be a very quick learner.

5) Ability to understand and process concepts + information quickly. Ability to take complex situations and synthesize them into easily explained sentences. In other words, you have to be sharp, smart and confident. You always have to ask great questions - this is the #1 indicator of future success.

6) Someone who is gritty, resourceful and highly competent. You have to be able to just find ways to get a particular task done and never be afraid of failure or a big challenge. We want confident action takers

This is a long term role with the ability to take on more hours, more responsibilities and make more money. We are an early stage company and have huge global ambitions, so it's a great time to come onboard.
