The purpose of this work is to register and have control of all information and management of expenses (booking and payment), invoicing of sales and other incomes, liquidation, booking and payment of tax and all requirements needed, ensures accounting transactions are registered in accounting system on time and properly, in compliance with local taxes, company policies, GAAP requirements in order to be able to prepare, all financial reports required by all users. Also, this position is in charge to set journal entries from assets, fixed assets and other transactions, reconcile accounts based on the company policies. Produce and run in regular bases financial reports under its responsibility.
This job is responsible for receive, liquidate examine, generate paid and post, payroll and other Employee Benefits of the company; Support the elaboration of internal reports internal or required for control entities, elaboration the annual expenses budget and forecasting activities and Other functions assigned by immediate boss.
In general, assure all accounting, taxes, payroll, account payable, account receivables activities and support other financial duties.
