**Azure Platform Specialist**:
Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín - Bogotá | Hybrid

**What does a typical day in this role look like?**

Are you passionate about ensuring the operational continuity of technology platforms? At our company, we are looking for an **Azure Platform Specialist** with strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to lead the digital transformation of the business. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of technology solutions both in the cloud and on-premise environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and Implement Scalable Cloud Architectures**: Develop robust Azure-based solutions aligned with business needs, leveraging IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models while ensuring security, availability, and operational efficiency.**Lead Cloud Migration and Optimization Projects**: Manage the transition of on-premise systems to Azure, conduct performance testing, and optimize infrastructure based on cloud best practices and cost-efficiency principles.
- ** Ensure Operational Continuity and Security**: Oversee system monitoring, implement disaster recovery and backup strategies, and provide expert technical support to maintain high service availability and compliance.

What we need to see from you:
**Profile**:Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Desarrollo de Software o carreras afines, con experiência en la implementación, gestión y optimización de soluciones en la nube, con enfoque en infraestructura, automatización y seguridad. Posee habilidades en modelos IaaS, PaaS y herramientas como Azure DevOps y PowerShell. Capacidad comprobada para liderar migraciones, integrar entornos híbridos y garantizar la eficiencia operativa en proyectos en la nube**.**

**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensure operational continuity of cloud and on-premise platforms, maintaining high availability, security, and performance.- Provide expert technical support and guidance to internal and external clients, resolving incidents and ensuring optimal IT service delivery.- Design robust Azure architectures for critical workloads using IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, containers, and microservices.- Lead cloud migration and transformation projects, including performance testing and resource optimization.- Evaluate and enhance existing systems through audits, continuous improvement strategies, and technology updates.
- Implement cloud best practices across cost management, operations, security, resilience, availability, and efficiency.
- Define monitoring metrics, backup plans, disaster recovery strategies, and security controls.
- Participate in architecture reviews, contributing strategic and technical insights to ensure successful Azure platform initiatives.

**Required Certifications**:

- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
