**About Us**
We are a modern dental practice expanding into the med spa space, combining health, beauty, and wellness under one brand. Our model is concierge style, focused on clarity, support, and an exceptional patient journey. We’re building a remote team of professionals who bring hospitality-level service to our dental patients.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth
- Guide patients through our treatment planning process as patient success managers
- Ensure pre-visit checklist items (forms, insurance, consents) are completed
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Act as a trusted point of contact for patients
- Collaborate with our virtual and in-office teams
**Qualifications**
- Background in hospitality, guest services, or patient success manager preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
**Compensation**
- **$5/hr** - No dental experience
- **$6/hr** - With dental experience
- **$7/hr** - With insurance verification and coordination skills Raises based on performance, reliability, and training completion.
