**Production Supervisor**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work and lead with teams and make decisions.
- Broad knowledge of manufacturing, HSE, quality, and production systems.
- Collaborate and connect with different site areas.
- Plan, align, and manage complexity and continuous improvements in processes.
- Lead cultural and mindset changes.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills written and spoken.
- Intermediate English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing).
- Skills to be digital and with the ability to make decisions based on data.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, industrial engineering or related.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, personnel supervision, and leadership manufacturing positions.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP System (PBC) and PP/WM Modules.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Power BI, Power Automate, etc ).
- Leadership, teamwork, good interpersonal relationships, solving problems, decision-making capacity, Initiative, proactivity, flexibility, and commitment skills.
