**Some of your responsibilities are, but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate Job posts and create strategies to attract the best talent.
- Ensure company staffing needs are covered, both for internal and external clients, in the proper time.
- Design organizational strategies by identifying and researching HR best practices in the market.
- Create recruitment strategies to strengthen our employer brand.
- Recruitment of different types of profiles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in human resources, student of psychology or administration, recent psychology or administration graduate, a technologist in human resources or administrative management.
- Six months of experience in Human Resources is a plus or Customer Service Experience.
- English advanced B2+
- This job would be in Medellin.
- Believe in the power of innovation.
- Be very results-oriented.
- Be good at organization and time management.
- Want to enter the recruiting world and have a desire to grow within it.
**Perks**:

- Undefined term contract + benefits.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm (We work by the American calendar).
- Salary: $1.800.000 + commissions in dollars for each vacancy closed within the stipulated time.
- The possibility of working some days at home and others at the office.
- Our Modern offices are located at WeWork in Medellin.
