**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Lawyer to join our team onsite in Bogotá. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with U.S.based law firms, gain exposure to the U.S. legal system, and develop your expertise in Personal Injury and Medical Records.

**What You’ll Do**
- Work closely with U.S. law firms on legal cases.
- Organize, file, and maintain legal records and documents.
- Conduct research on laws, case precedents, and regulations.
- Organize and categorize evidence, materials, and documents.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **English** proficiency (**C1** or higher).
- At least **1 year of experience in Personal Injury** or a related medical field.
- **Law degree** (Bachelor’s).
- **1+ year of experience** working with a **USA Based firm**.
- A team player mindset - we win together
- Availability to work **onsite in Bogotá**.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary starting at **4M COP.**:

- Permanent contract (**término indefinido**).
- **Onsite** position in Bogotá.
