**Position: Remote Voice Agent (Hourly/Contractual)**

We are looking for WFH agents who have amazing customer service skills, highly attentive to detail, and can quickly navigate a computer, while also excited to learn and hone new skills

**Job Responsibilities/Duties (But Not Limited To)**:

- Leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) you track live food orders at restaurants
- Data entry and transcription
- Communicate with the team to report situations, issues, orders and provide product feedback
- Learning, understanding, and adapting to updates in a fast moving environment

**Job Skills Required (But Not Limited To)**:

- Strong listening skills and able to follow instructions very well
- English speaking (also looking for Spanish speakers)
- Excellent communication skills (Ie. asks questions when unsure)
- High attention to detail
- Able to think quickly on their feet
- Remains calm under pressure
- Takes initiative
- Type 60+ words/minute

**Relevant and Preferred Experience In**:

- Fast Food or Quick Service Restaurant
- Customer Service/Call Center
- Data Entry
- Video Games
