USA Based Coaching Company is looking to hire the two best Bilingual Recruiters available to start working right away, remotely.

**Job Description**:

- Receive, organize & contact leads received thru different feeds.
- Follow-up con contacted leads
- Convert as many leads as possible for an additional 50 USD each.

**Requirements**:

- English C1 - C2 Level
- Prove experience in recruiting
- All in attitude
- Commitment to the trade

Scheduling:
Freelancing position to convey eight hours shifts Monday-Friday. Saturdays are short days.

Compensation:
Starts with an entry salary of $ 1.000 USD plus an additional $ 50 USD per converted lead.
