**Job Description**:

- This is a software quality process role; this is not a software quality testing role._
- Rockwell Automation is looking for an innovative New Product Introduction Software Quality Engineer to join our global Quality organization. In this role you will become an expert in software product development lifecycle processes, act as a key stakeholder and customer advocate, and will help Rockwell Automation Software products achieve world class quality standards._
- As a Software Quality Team member, you will have the opportunity to grow your career as you:_

- _ Work with multiple product development teams, using modern tools and technologies, to develop process improvements_
- _ Help to implement best practices to increase process maturity_
- _ Build quality into software development processes_
- This role is highly collaborative, often requiring you to work across multiple disciplines within Rockwell Automation’s global organization, which creates many opportunities for networking, learning and growth._
- We support internal customers by providing independent, objective assessments of compliance with industry standards and internal procedures, with the goal to help teams pass internal and external audits. This ultimately supports our external customers by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products._
