**Responsibilities**:
- Be part of a self-organizing Scrum team, actively participating in all team activities.
- Develop functionalities according to defined acceptance criteria.
- Highly proactive in technical solution discussions
- Work within the Scrum Team to deliver the sprint scope in time and with the expected quality.
- Mentor junior developers
- FastAPI nice to have
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in python development
- Python with at least 1 framework (django, flask)
- Knowledge in OOP and algorithms
- UNIX/Linux experience including scripting
- NoSQL and database programming
- Unit Testing/Mocking
- Autonomous, problem solver, motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player
- Experience identifying and fulfilling Software Development Quality attributes (Functional and Non
- Functional)
- Leadership of technical teams
- Advance written and spoken English communication skills
