Health and Wellness Sales Performance Coach

**Who We Are**:
Our **Protocol Review Specialist** team is growing, and we are currently training up a carefully selected elite team of highly skilled **Sales Performance Coaches**. Our **Sales Performance Coaches** will help us coach our **Protocol Review Specialists** to achieve fully optimized sales performance metrics.

At Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc., our sales reps are referred to as **Protocol Review Specialists**, and we teach them how to ethically sell health and wellness products to help our customers live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Our sales consultations are 100% appointment based, and our **Protocol Review Specialists** enjoy a 50% closing rate on their appointments, with an average order value exceeding $500.
With each appointment, we guide the customer through a carefully crafted health protocol script designed to optimize their results from the product that they have already purchased. Using permission based selling, we then offer additional products that may help the customer based upon what they have shared with us in the conversation.

**What You'll Do**:
**Step 1**: Achieve Success in the Sales Role for 6 weeks
- **Attend Scheduled Appointments**: You will enjoy a calendar full of scheduled appointments for Protocol Reviews with our customers. This will give you first hand, real world experience with what you will be teaching and coaching.
- **Learn**: We will teach you how to ethically close sales of health and wellness products to help customers with their specific challenges. We will train you on the script and process that you will be using as a Sales Performance Coach.
- **Earn**: You will earn a sales commission on every sale that you make, and we will teach you how to make a lot.
- **Live**: Work from your own home and utilize our tech tools and platforms. Join us at the Austin Office as often or as little as you would like.

**Step 2**: Complete our 2 Week **Sales Performance Coach** Training Program
- **Learn**: We will teach you how to analyze call transcripts and data using our state of the art AI technology designed to supercharge your coaching impact
- **Observe**: You will have the opportunity to shadow our executive level management team as they demonstrate actual performance coaching sessions

**Step 3**: Complete Your 4 Week **Sales Performance Coach** Apprenticeship Program
- **Dive In**: You will review call and performance data and prepare for one on one sales coaching sessions with reps
- **Demonstrate**: You will be able to host **Sales Performance Coaching** Sessions with your trainer in the room to observe your performance and provide feedback.

From Chiropractors to Physical Therapists, to Nutritionists, Tribe is where the healers come to learn how to sell health and wellness products and services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Hard working and **highly driven** individuals who embody Tribe's core values of helping people heal.
- Knowledge, background or **raw passion** around **health and wellness**. This is a non-negotiable, you will literally be talking about health and wellness all day long
- Experience in sales is an advantage, but with our comprehensive tool kit, we welcome those **hungry** to learn and grow.
- A self-starter, **motivated by growth** opportunities and the drive to excel in sales and **leadership**.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
- A backup system for power or internet outages.
- A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working headset. You will be on zoom with your team throughout the day.
- The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
- We Currently Offer 4 Schedule Variations to **service our appointments**:

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Monday
- Friday 12pm-9pm
- Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
- Sunday-Thursday 12pm-9pm
