**Job Title: Sales Manager (Remote | Trades / Electrical Services)Company Overview**

We are hiring a **Remote Sales Manager** with a background in **service or trades-based businesses** to build our sales and lead generation operations from scratch. This role is **hands-on and foundational**—ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, testing channels, and growing a team over time.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Lead Generation**
- Build and manage lead generation strategies across multiple channels
- Generate, organize, and analyze lead and sales data
- Identify new and effective lead sources
- Track lead quality, volume, and cost

**Call Center & Team Building**
- Help hire, train, and manage call center agents
- Create call scripts, sales workflows, and basic training materials
- Monitor performance and improve processes over time
- Oversee outbound and follow-up campaigns
- Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency

**Digital, Local & Organic Channels**
- Lead generation through social media platforms and groups
- Research and test local service ads (e.g., Nextdoor and similar platforms)
- Analyze costs and effectiveness of paid channels
- Oversee basic SEO and inbound lead initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **sales management within trades or service-based industries** (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, home services, etc.)
- Strong background in **both B2B and B2C sales**:

- Proven ability to build sales processes and teams from scratch
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Data-driven, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable working **remotely and independently**:

- Able to work **PST time zone
