Role purpose and key responsibilities- Develop and actively maintain in-depth technical understanding of LivaNova products.- Provide field-based clinical and technical training/support for Neuromodulation medical devices.- Surgical case coverage, follow-up support, and troubleshooting of the assigned LivaNova Products- Train health care professionals in the use of post market medical devices and associated surgical procedures; installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting the Company's products in the field; programming devices and providing technical expertise.- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives.- Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop and take advantage of business opportunities. Provide on-going feedback to general management, commercial operations, commercial excellence, and marketing.
Requirements and qualifications you will need to be successful- A Bachelor's degree in a health care field. Advanced degree in health sciences or biomedical engineering preferred.- Medical Device industry experience, minimum 5 years, preferably within neuromodulation or interventional pain devices.- Advanced English required.- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Effective problem solving and organizational skills.- This is a field-based position. Travel up to 75%.
