Su principal responsabilidad es "Entender los requerimientos del cliente, colaborar en el diseño de la solución junto al Arquitecto de soluciones para asegurar su factibilidad y diseñar su arquitectura; transformar el diseño de la solución en actividades de configuración y desarrollo" Funciones día a día: - Realizar el diseño de la arquitectura de las soluciones y asegurar su factibilidad. - Gestionar equipos de desarrollo de alto desempeño, asegurando la calidad, el uso de estándares y mejores prácticas; asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de la solución y sus entregables técnicos. - Validar gobierno e integridad de las conexiones de Salesforce con otros sistema, flujo de información de integraciones, mapeo de campos, diseño de integraciones entre SF y otros sistemas y dominio de APIs REST y SOAP. - Convertirse en líder de opinión y experto técnico de Salesforce, para generar y mantener la confianza con el cliente. Adicional a tu experiência buscamos: - Uso de herramientas DevOps, algún IDE orientado a SF, herramientas de versionamiento, etc. - Experiência mínimo 2 años ejecutando proyectos de tecnología Salesforce. - Experiência mínimo de 6 meses a 1 año diseñando arquitectura de aplicaciones - Metodologías: Híbrida Ágil - Inglés: Capaz de entender requerimientos técnicos de la herramienta. - Haber trabajado sobre diferentes nubes de Salesforce. - Dominio en diseño de modelos entidad-relación - Diseño de diagramas de flujo - Alta capacidad de análisis y habilidad de solución de problemas - Responsabilidad y cumplimiento de fechas de entrega - Ser un líder, resolver problemas, comunicar efectivamente, trabajo en equipo y enfocarse en resultados. Soft Skills: - Nível de relacionamiento C - Level. - Negociación. - Persuasión. - Comunicación verbal y no verbal. - Orientación al resultado. - Agresividad comercial.
