Under direct supervision, posses a basic working understanding of project management fundamentals (project planning, analysis, and control methods). Supports Planning & Controls Sr Manager and Planning & Controls Manager in the data gathering, data entry, and analysis of project schedule, budget and quality related information. Understands the need for, and begins building a proactive approach to other business areas. Demonstrates appropriate objection handling capability and knows when/how to diplomatically escalate issues. Communication skills must include: effective verbal, written, and listening skills. A basic understanding of risk/reward trade-offs, probability analysis, and negotiation skills are recommended to excel at the position. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines and five (5) years of experience in Business Analysis.
