Junior L2 Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all requests, incidents, and queries are properly triaged in the Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct requirements analysis to understand objectives clearly.
- Document and effectively communicate results.
- Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
- Ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience as L2 Support Engineer.
- Proficient in English language (B2+ or higher).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of Internet fundamentals (e.g., Servers, Packages, IPs, Clients).
- Proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
- Organized, methodical, and structured approach to work.
- Ability to identify trends and interpret data using statistics.
- Foundational technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
- Curiosity and strong business acumen.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Windows or Linux administration.
- Previous experience in analyst roles.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, C++, Python, or Java.
- Experience in SQL database administration.
- Skills in defining and designing CM standards for technology.
- Background in IT customer service, support operations, and project management.
- Understanding of SLA structures.
