**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft and send weekly recruiting updates to Account Managers based on hiring progress.
**Recruitment Operations & Documentation**
- Maintain **detailed documentation** in Google Suite, ATS, and shared client notes.
- Make **follow-up calls and send rejection letters**, ensuring timely communication with all applicants.
- Work closely with **Account Managers** to support hiring strategies and process improvements.
**Who We're Looking For (Key Qualifications)**:
- Extreme attention to detail you can spot errors and inconsistencies from a mile away.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong time management and multitasking skills you'll juggle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Google Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- HR or recruitment experience preferred but strong administrative experience will also be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus.
