In this role, you will be collaborating and supporting the marketing team to create artistic elements to promote the company and attract customers' attention by building the brand identity.

The Creative Design/Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptual development of design solutions and the execution of creative deliverables.

  • Position: Full-time.
  • Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
  • Salary: 500 - 700 (Negotiable).
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years (Not a dealbreaker).
  • US Holidays OFF.
  • Weekends OFF.
  • **ENGLISH RESUME IT'S A MUST.**

**Responsibilities**

  • Work with others in order to understand company brands, and convey ideas in a visual manner
  • Develop visually appealing projects that may include: presentations, print material design, icons, web design, etc.
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs.
  • Ability to multi-task several projects / initiatives at once with a highly organized, detail oriented and deadline driven approach.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

**Requirements and skills**

  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity and technical execution across a variety of projects, including web design.
  • Motion Graphics knowledge will be highly appreciated. (Not a requirement)
  • Keep current with design trends and tools, bringing innovative and creative ideas to the team.
  • Ideal qualities: creative, hardworking, collaborative and enthusiastic.
  • English required - B2 or higher.

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $3,200,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
