**Your Purpose**:
**The fraud operation team is the team responsible for safeguarding Bitso users and helping the company not only to make crypto useful but also safe. This team is the first one to identify the new fraud Modus Operandi and present them to the fraud prevention team in order to discuss how to mitigate the risk.**:
**The Fraud Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading the fraud operations team, ensuring quality and performance metrics achievements. This person will look for continuous improvements of the fraud operational processes, ensuring the best balance between fraud risk and user experience impact, and will work closely with the main fraud stakeholders to understand which improvements, KPIs, and new processes should be developed to support safe business growth.**:

**Who You Are**:
**Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.**:

- **1+ years leading operational teams.**:

- **4+ years of experience in process improvements with Customer Support and/or Risk Management.**:

- **Passionate about identifying trends and opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication in English.**:

- **Ability to use data analysis to prioritize tasks.**:

- **Ability to spot issues, address conflicts, and escalate issues when appropriate.**:

- **2+ years in Fraud is a plus.**:
**What You Will Do**
- **Develop and Monitor operational KPIs.**:

- **Responsible for QA and team performance indicators**:

- **Plan, monitor and optimize end-to-end fraud operational processes**:

- **Perform deep dives on fraud complex cases to define the best action plan**:

- **Work together with Customer Support Team to create process that ensure the best balance between customer experience and fraud risk management**:

- **Identify training needs and develop improvements plans**:
