**What does your job look like?**

As a QA Automation you will be responsible for defining the strategy to ensure the quality of products. This role requires strategic thinking, planning, and knowledge of the product development lifecycle. It will provide direction, mentorship, and coaching to QA teams to ensure both automated and manual efforts. You will be working closely with the DevOps team to define solutions for each platform.You will take the responsibility for ensuring tasks such as test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking are carried out effectively.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**
- Lead the charge on maintaining and improving our QA Automation framework.
- Work with a small and nimble engineering team to ensure that new features are continually shipped with the highest quality and automation coverage.
- Collaborate with key partners including product management, data science, behavioral health specialists.
- Review and maintain test case design in TestRail.
- Support performance testing processes and script maintenance.

- Technologies required: Java, REST-Assured, Cucumber,, JavaScript, performance testing, Data Driven Testing, groovy scripting.
- Desirable technologies: Junit, TestNG, Screenplay, Serenity, Python, Locust, Cypress, Appium, Argo, Concourse, Docker, Grafana, GIT, Jira, SQL
