**Company Description** Kedoo Entertainment is a video & media-tech company based in Dubai. We produce, distribute, and broadcast professional content to digital platforms. Our focus is on bringing top-class video content, including "Animations," "News," and "TV series," from brands and broadcasters to the global video digital markets. We offer a full-service boutique and expertise for expanding brands through digital video. **Responsibilities**: - Working with children's animated videos on VOD platforms (YouTube, Amazon, etc.) and video-oriented social networks (TikTok, VK video, Likee, Rutube, etc.): - Managing YouTube channels in Russian and foreign languages, including analytics and growth. - Video editing: repurposing existing content into shorts, clips, edits, and working with audio tracks. - Video formatting: creating titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. - Publishing videos on VOD platforms and social media. - Analyzing effectiveness and optimizing content publication strategy with a focus on achieving set goals. - Monitoring competitors. - Preparing analytical reports/results of testing various strategies/monitoring competitors in slide format. **Qualifications**: - The ability to use YouTube Studio for uploading and formatting videos; - Working with trends and SEO; - Using analytics tools (VidIQ, Google Trends etc.) to test hypotheses and choose directions; - Proficiency in YouTube Studio's built-in Editor (trimming, audio track replacement, adding end screens, etc.); - Confident video editing skills in basic programs (like CapCut, iMovie, Movavi) for creating Shorts; - Ability to work with numbers, analyze trends, and find correlations between various metrics (views, CTR, audience retention, etc.); - Making conclusions based on analytics and adapting content strategy to changes in YouTube algorithms; ability to organize information, and proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets. **Other**: - This is a remote position offered under a service contract (not an employment agreement). **Job Type**: Permanent **Experience**: - FAST channel management: 1 year (preferred)
