**About the role**
We’re looking for a **People Business Partner** in our **Viral Code **extension to work alongside folk in our People Team. You’ll be reporting to our Senior People Business Partner for Colombia and you will become a single point of contact for almost 254 drivers
Our newest business units are already in the market and our plans to continue this growth depends entirely on providing the best experience to our main customers**:Our Drivers.**
Therefore, our biggest challenge today is to effectively communicate needs and enhance drivers’ performance by providing assertive feedback to several stakeholders in our company and creating strategies that allow our drivers to get better results.

**What you will do day in and day out**
- **Engagement**: help to deploy engagement results & create/coordinate CA brainstorming sessions to come up with actions. Ensure execution of action plans and support leaders throughout the process.
- **Performance cycle**: Adapt and deploy people strategy, corporate initiatives and new processes locally based on drivers population’s needs and recommendations.
- **Labor relations**: Responsible for following up on difficult cases in union terms, with the support of the Labor Manager and Legal Team. You will be the one who raises those cases that cannot be solved at the local level.
- **Talent Management**: Responsible for collecting and escalating HR related feedback from managers and employees. Working very closely to Driver Leads
- **Talent Solutions**: Training/development initiatives: Identify local and focused T&D needs and ensure the right implementation and follow-up.
- **Key KPIs**: follow-up key performance indicators defined for the drivers population: absenteeism, suspensions, productivity, attrition, promotions.
**What you need to bring**
- 4+ years of experience in HR/HRBP/Labor Relations role in any fast paced industry where +300 people needed your assistance
- Experience persuading others and strong interest in empowering them to discover their strengths
- Colombian Labor Relations Savvy -** a must**
- **Willingness to be 90% of time on-site - We need a soldier in our several locations**
- Excellent negotiation and proactive problem-solving skills
**What’s nice to have**
- Short or long experience in Payroll will be a plus.
