Qatium is a cloud based developer of digital water technology with roots in Valencia, Spain and a presence around the world. We are a product-led growth company working on the digital transformation of the water industry.

What is Qatium?

Qatium is a SaaS solution created to analyze water distribution networks and help operators optimize their network performance. The objective: make the best use of a scarce and vital resource, water.

Up to 50% of clean water may get lost before it reaches the tap. Qatium’s mission is to create tools that can help in making the management of water infrastructure more efficient.
A digital water startup funded by Global Omnium, one of the world's leading water utilities. With Qatium, water utilities can optimize their water distribution and collection systems in a free, open and collaborative environment.

They are looking for a CMO to own marketing, business development and customer success functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Qatium´s marketing and advertising initiatives. You will play a vital role in the company’s growth and have important responsibilities that range from creative influence to business strategy.

What you will do?

Oversee Qatium´s overall advertising and sales strategy
Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department
Negotiate advertising contacts
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Approve marketing campaign ideas
Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals
Work with sales and development and customer success teams
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
Three to five years of experience in a leadership role
Superb analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
Entrepreneurial spirit
You must communicate in Spanish and English.
