**Business Intelligence Senior Specialist**

We are hiring the best talent for the position of Business Intelligence Senior Specialist, located in LATAM, EMEA, or ASPAC.

**Purpose**

This role provides Advanced Analytics support (preparation and delivery of value-added propositions and insights) by addressing Senior Leadership Strategic requests using advanced predictive/prescriptive modeling and cutting-edge visualization techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize internal and external data sources through integration, novel data mining exploration, identification, and troubleshooting of data anomalies to synthesize and derive value-added Strategic insights.
- Execute the Procurement Data Strategy, including the data quality roadmap, and be accountable for the construction of metrics and dashboards to improve and maintain the quality and ownership of data.
- Implement cutting-edge analytical and visualization techniques, including processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Contribute to the gathering of analytical efficiencies on a global, regional, local, and functional level.
- Engage with customers to execute ad hoc data requests and report through data blending, analysis, and visualization.
- Understand business needs via Voice of Customer Analyses with Senior Leadership, translating information into viable analytical projects that should be scaled and deployed worldwide.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-4 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
- Experience using various analytical tools such as data management/query tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx) and advanced visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to quickly merge and summarize data/information from multiple sources, including experience in data management, cleaning, data analysis, and report writing.
- Capability to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate expectations to cross-functional development teams, and document data findings in an easily understandable manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced use of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookup procedures, and complex formulas with nested logic) is required.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) to provide succinct, concise, and insightful analyses/concepts and actionable recommendations to a non-quantitative senior stakeholder audience.
- Experience within Procurement and/or Shared Services is a plus.
- Customer-focused with experience working in a shared service environment preferred.
