**Job Overview**:
Are you an organized, customer-oriented professional with a knack for smooth operations? Our client is searching for a Customer Success Coordinator for their roofing company. In this key role, you'll manage the life cycle of our repair projects from intake through completion, ensuring clear communication and top-notch service every step of the way. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in their growing company
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the intake of sold roofing repair jobs, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and documented.
- Confirm deposit payments before scheduling jobs to maintain the financial integrity of the operation.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing updates about their tentative repair start dates and handling any rescheduling needs with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate closely with the repair team, managing the repair schedule and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Communicate proactively with homeowners if scheduled jobs need to be postponed, offering reassurances and revised timelines as needed.
- Obtain updates from repair crews to ensure jobs are completed on schedule, taking appropriate actions in case of delays or issues.
- Handle the collection of final payments for repairs, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Oversee the delivery of finished project pictures to homeowners upon job completion.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen ability to manage customer expectations and handle difficult situations with grace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in coordinating schedules and making necessary adjustments for optimal productivity.
- Experience with financial transactions, including deposits and final payments.
- High degree of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
