**About the opportunity**

At Talently we are growing fast and this position will be key to accelerating the development of our new B2B line of business.

As a Leadgen Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential companies who wants to hire tech talent using Talently. You will work directly with the Sales and KAM B2B teams, being the first point of contact with our hiring companies.

To attract these companies, you will use different prospecting tools, LinkedIn, mail, and calls.

**What do we expect from the role**

We are looking for a person passionate about sales, with the ability to handle several negotiations simultaneously and focused on constantly exceeding the proposed objectives.

As Leadgen Agent some of your responsibilities will be:

- Prospect leads in US territory and manage to attract as many allied companies as possible.
- Work together with Sales and KAM teams.
- Develop a database of prospects and maintain regular contact with them.
- Understanding and implementation of prospecting tools

**Requirements**:
‍ **You are the one we are looking for if**
- You have + 2 years of experience in sales or commercial positions as SDR/BDR/Hunter in the B2B area.
- You have an excellent level of English.
- **Proven results prospecting for the US market**:

- You feel comfortable working for objectives and/or commissions.
- You have a strong interest in the tech/startup industry
- You are a fast learner and define yourself as a proactive person

**We would be delighted if you also**
- Have managed CRMs such as Active Campaign, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.
- Have experience working with high metrics and ambitious goals.
